We offer three formats when developing your strategic vision and corresponding initiatives.

SEMINARS. Alesco offers 2 ½-day seminars on strategic visioning and strategic initiative formulation that are tailored for CEOs and key executives. The strategic visioning and initiative formulation process is covered in detail. We then walk executives through a process that instructs them on creating a vision based on market facts and organizational realities. It also helps executive teams identify the necessary strategic initiatives required to achieve the vision.

FACILITATED WORKSHOPS. We bring together our expertise, methods, tools and facilitation process to deliver on-site customized and high impact workshops for our clients. Our preparation, delivery and follow-up are designed to lead executives through a series of interviews and workshops that results in concise vision statements. We impress upon the team that the final vision is grounded in the realities of the marketplace. We then develop the strategic initiatives required to achieve the vision. Team alignment is a chief deliverable.

CONSULTING ENGAGEMENTS. In this format, Alesco consultants are engaged for a set period of time. Working closely with your executive team, Alesco consultants will use a structured approach to develop and validate a company vision, formulate the strategic initiatives to achieve vision, and translate these initiatives into highly actionable plans. Our consultants assist client teams with a series of internal and external analyses of the business environment and the organization’s capabilities, whether the goal is to improve your intellectual property or prepare for a merger and acquisition. The team will perform the required research, synthesis, and analysis to "ground and bound" the company vision. The team will also detail the high-level strategic initiatives that will enable real change and achieve the desired results.
